Thai Yin Yoga
A collaboration with Sam Rus & Mitch Riehle
Thai Yin Yoga weaves together two ancient healing arts—Thai massage and Yin yoga—into a single, deeply restorative experience. You'll settle into passive postures held for 3–5 minutes while receiving hands-on assists, gentle compression, and guided stretching along the body's energy lines (sen lines). The practice works on you as much as with you, inviting the nervous system to downshift and the body to soften from the inside out.
No effort required. Just arrive, settle in, and receive.
