Join us for an evening of community, wellness, and rejuvenation! Whether you're well-versed in contrast therapy or new to the experience, our weekly gathering is the perfect opportunity to reset your mind and body while connecting with others who share a passion for wellness.
Our night begins with a thematic talk and some grounding breathing exercises to prepare you for the cold plunge and/or sauna experience. Afterwards, warm-up around the bonfire with hot tea, and socialize with the community.
What to Expect:
Thematic Talk: Each week begins with a talk on personal growth, delivered by different speakers sharing unique insights and experiences to fuel reflection and motivation.
Guided Breathwork Session: After the talk, we dive into a guided breathwork session designed to release tension and prepare the mind and body for contrast therapy.
Contrast Therapy: (Coaches are at the ready if you desire support.) Pick your option:
Cold Plunge Only: Refresh your body and mind with a cold plunge, boosting energy, resilience, and mental clarity.
Cold Plunge + Sauna: Contrast between the warmth of the sauna and the chill of the plunge, experiencing the full cycle of thermal contrast for enhanced recovery and relaxation.

We offer flexible ticket options so you can customize your experience:
Cold Plunge Only: Revitalize, dipping right into the cold water.
Sauna + Cold Plunge: Start by heating up in the sauna before heading into the cold plunge for the ultimate contrast therapy.
Cold Plunge First + Sauna After: Prefer to chill out first? You can opt to take the plunge before unwinding in the sauna to warm up afterward (Just let us know at check-in)
Whatever option you choose, you're sure to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and energized!
