When is Nervana Health opening?

Nervana Health’s South Side opening is currently in the hands of our good friends at PLI (Permits, Licensing, & Inspections). We’re eagerly awaiting final approval on our building permit before we can lock in an official date.

If all goes to plan, we’re aiming for a June opening for the Movement Studio and July for the Contrast Studio, but as always, the permitting gods have the final say.

We promise we’re moving as fast as humanly (and bureaucratically) possible and will share updates the second we know more.

What are OG memberships and how do they work?

OG memberships are limited pre‑sale memberships that secure discounted founding rates for our 5‑session and unlimited monthly options. Limited OG spots are available: $90/month for the 5‑session membership (standard $120) and $175/month for the unlimited membership (standard $220). OG members can switch between the 5-session and unlimited plans anytime and keep their locked‑in OG rate as long as the membership remains active without cancellation.

Standard pricing is $120 per month for the 5‑Session Monthly Membership and $220 per month for the Unlimited Monthly Membership. Both memberships include member discounts for exclusive events and special updates.

Do I need experience to get started, or is this for “hardcore” people only?

No experience is required; sessions are designed for beginners through advanced users with clear coaching and scalable protocols. Many guests start with shorter exposures and gentler classes, then build to more challenging contrast and movement over time.​

You do not have to be a member to visit Nervana Health; you can drop into any available session with open capacity by booking online. For regular use, we offer flexible membership options including 5‑Session & Unlimited Session Monthly memberships, and punch passes so you can choose the plan that best fits your routine and budget.

Yes, you can come with friends or a group as long as there is capacity in the session you’re booking. We also offer private party bookings for groups that want the space more to themselves, and we’ll host monthly community events outside of regular scheduled sessions so you can plug into the broader Nervana Health community.
