When will the Contrast Studio open?

Nervana Health’s Movement Studio is now open on the South Side.We’re currently hoping to open the Contrast Studio this fall. The exact timing depends on permitting, inspections, and final construction details, but we’re moving as quickly as possible.We can’t wait to welcome you into the full Nervana experience. We’ll share the official Contrast Studio opening date as soon as it’s confirmed.

OG memberships are limited pre‑sale memberships that secure discounted founding rates for our 5‑session and unlimited monthly options. Limited OG spots are available: $90/month for the 5‑session membership (standard $120) and $175/month for the unlimited membership (standard $220). OG members can switch between the 5-session and unlimited plans anytime and keep their locked‑in OG rate as long as the membership remains active without cancellation.

For regular use, we offer flexible membership options including 5‑Session & Unlimited Session Monthly memberships, and punch passes so you can choose the plan that best fits your routine and budget.

Yes, you can come with friends or a group as long as there is capacity in the session you’re booking. We also offer private party bookings for groups that want the space more to themselves, and we’ll host monthly community events outside of regular scheduled sessions so you can plug into the broader Nervana Health community.
